Is it my fault that I am born a sinner?
I know its our fault when we commit sin but is it our fault to be born as sinner? Otherwise I don't want to exist anymore.

No, none of us had control over our birth yet we are all individually responsible and culpable. Romans 5:12 "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" We are not sinners because we commit sin, we sin because we are born sinners, because of our sin nature. Although you are unique in appearance and personality, Romans 3:10 tells us: "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" Friend, we are all born sinners, every last one of us. The wonderful news is that Jesus Christ the perfect Son of God left heaven, was born of a virgin, lived, died then arose on the third day. He is the only sacrifice acceptable in the eyes of God for man's sin. Hebrews 10:18 tells us "Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin." Jesus said in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." The terrible danger all are confronted with is rejecting the only provision God has given as payment for sin. This is not about reformation but transformation. It has nothing to do with joining some church or reciting some creed. Salvation is totally and completely by grace through faith, it is the gift of God. You may ask: "What do I need to do?" Romans 10:9-10 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Trust him, take him at his Word. He will save you NOW!

Of course not. None of us chose the circumstances of our birth. The sin of Adam was automatically imputed on us without any choice by virtue of our Adamic lineage but in Christ we have freedom from sin (1Cor 15:22). Nonetheless, in the light of the revelation of God's word in Christ it will be squarely your fault if you deliberately choose to ignore the saving grace available in Jesus which is the divine cure for the Adamic sin. The choice is yours here. You can choose Christ and live or ignore his offer for redemption and face everlasting separation from God.
