Can I take my medication while fasting?

Fasting is a personal, and intimate time between you and the Lord. I don't think anyone here can or should tell you how to fast, nor should anyone tell you whether or not to take your medication, especially when we don't know what your medication is for. Since you ought to be doing a whole lot of praying while you fast, I think your best bet is to go ahead and get to praying and ask the Spirit to provide the answer for you.

Take your meds, fasting is a time for you to spend time in the word and get a closer relationship with God and a time to hear the Holy Spirit. If you don't take your meds you could end up seeing Him sooner than expected and be able to impact the people in this world that you would impact for the kingdom. God is more concerned about the fact that you want to spend time with Him. He does not get angry just because you take your meds while fasting. God loves you and if you are a born again Christian God will never get angry with you because when He looks at you He sees Jesus. So don't let some legalistic religious person tell you any different. If we are free in Christ then why would you allow someone to put you under bondage to not taking meds while fellowshiping with your dad who loves you?
