You won't find any promises that you will have a healthy or wealthy life as a Christian, at least not wealth in the material sense. Look at all the apostles, are you aware that all of them were martyred for their faith except for John - and he was banished to an island. Most of the early Church fathers were all martyred for their faith. Just think of the famous missionary Jim Elliot and what happened to him. 

What we are promised this side of heaven is a personal relationship with Christ and the ability to have freedom from sin (though we do still sin) and a hope of a future when Christ returns and restores and redeems both us and the world. What we are promised is peace, a peace that surpasses comprehension - peace and joy in the midst of our suffering. How? Because the peace and joy is never rooted in anything this world has to offer, but is rooted in the person and promises of Jesus Christ. 

Some of the happiest Christians I've met are in third world countries where they are poor, walk miles for fresh water, and do not live to an old age.

Taken out of context, an individual can attempt to make the Bible say almost anything. 

Paul warns the young church planter Timothy of this in 1 Timothy 4, 

"The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron" (1 Timothy 4:1-2).

In light of that there are many teachers and preachers who claim health, wealth and special anointing is available to those choose to believe. 

That line of teaching is more gnostic than Christian and is a contrast to what the New Testament records from the mouth of Christ. Here is what Jesus said: 

"Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.” (Matthew 8:20, Luke 9:58).

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:23). 

So the answer to your question really depends upon how you are defining, "Health, Wealth, and Anointing" because while physical health and wealth is not associated with sin, a lack of physical health or wealth is also not associated with sin. 

On the other hand, we have been "lavished" (gotta love that word) with "everything" we need to spiritual health. 

Check out some of these promises from Ephesians 1:

Ephesians 1:7 "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace 8 that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding,"

Promise: We have been "lavished" with grace and forgiveness!

Ephesians 1:18 "I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,"

Promise: We have been promised an eternal glorious inheritance!

Both are pretty awesome promises! What we have not been promised is physical health or wealth on this earth.

The bible is full of examples of health and wealth for the believer. If you read your bible and you should then you will find them. I believe God hides some things for us but not necessarily from us. You can read in Genesis where Abraham was richly blessed in spite of his wrong doings, I'm not saying it is okay to sin. God told him that He would bless his seed, and so we Christians are his seed and should be as blessed as Abraham or God is a liar.

Why don't we see the same blessings as Abraham saw? Perhaps we don't believe we should get them because of sin in our life, or perhaps we believe like brother Seth Freeman. 

If you had come into millions of dollars would it destroy you? Perhaps you don't know how to steward what you currently have and thus will not get more, not because God won't give it to you but you have not set yourself up to receive it. Are you a giver?

I have a friend who is a multimillionaire and he is down to earth and did not forget where he came from. He said when he gives he has to pray as to where to give because there are so many needs that it would take all his money and would not make a dent in life, so he prays to get direction so his giving can make a difference. He also gives away so much that he has to stay dependent on God. For a multimillionaire that's a lot of money to give away.

The parable of the talents is a good example of how God rewards those who steward their money correctly or at least attempt to steward it correctly

As far as anointing, you are anointed of God, when you get born of God you are then filled with the Holy Spirit and all the fullness of the Godhead in dwell you. You have the same anointing and power of Jesus. There is nothing more you can do to get more.

You'll need to read your bible, you have to do your home work, due diligence. You cannot ride the coat tails of someone else other than Jesus. God has things hidden for you to find so when you do they will be cherished and not forgotten. They will be life changing just like when you got saved, you discovered salvation and your life was changed.
