Yes. Not only would a woman in this situation be "permitted" to stay married to her husband, but the scripture indicates she should remain married to him unless he decides to leave her. 1 Corinthians 7:12-16 says,

 But to the rest I say, not the Lord, that if any brother has a wife who is an unbeliever, and she consents to live with him, he must not [f]divorce her. 13 And a woman who has an unbelieving husband, and he consents to live with her, she must not [g]send her husband away. 14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through [h]her believing husband; for otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy. 15 Yet if the unbelieving one leaves, let him leave; the brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called [i]us [j]to peace. 16 For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?

It might be difficult to serve Jesus in this situation, but God provides the grace for us to endure hard situations:

And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Beside 1 Cor. 7:12-16 also please consider Peter's counsel "Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without the word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear." (1 Pet. 3:1-2 NKJV).

 The counsel of Elisha to Naaman 'So Naaman said, "Then, if not, please let your servant be given two mule-loads of earth; for your servant will no longer offer either burntoffering or sacrifice to other gods, but to the LORD. Yet in this thing may the LORD pardon your servant: when my master goes into the temple of Rimmon to worship there, and he leans on my hand, and I bow down in the temple of Rimmon -- when I bow down in the temple of Rimmon may the LORD please pardon your servant in this thing". Then he said to him, "Go in peace"'. (2 Kings 5:17-19a NKJV), may also be consulted in this matter.
