In my humble opinion according to the traditions of the day in the middle East and Jewish culture she is said to have been fourteen years of age.

According to the Middle East and Jewish customs girls used to be given in marriage immediately on reaching puberty. Mary was betrothed to Joseph. So it can rightly be presumed that Mary was of 13 to 17 years of age when the angel Gabriel announced her conception
