How does the plan of salvation work for civilizations far removed from the Bible lands during primitive times; as an example the cultures in the Americas?

I had asked myself that very same question when I became a christian then I found this verse; Rom 1:18-20 8 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities — his eternal power and divine nature — have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. NIV

That verse settled it for me for a while then I started thinking about;
Rom 10:14-15 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" NIV

So then I started to remember two experiences I had; I was driving down the road and then suddenly began to get the revelation of God and that I needed a savior. I was not listening to a christian radio station, I was not in church responding to an altar call. I was simply driving home from work and the blinders came off. The second experience was when I was talking to my boss at the time and had mentioned that I did not want to be one of the Christians that people look at and say "You're the reason I don't want to get saved" then as soon as I had said that, my boss began to respond and I had to stop him and tell him that God was talking to me right now and the Lord spoke to me almost audibly. "Do you think your witness is greater than that of My Holy Spirit"?

Jump to recent years when I discovered grace. The definition of grace is; "A divine influence on the heart and its reflection to the life" well in thinking about this, that is exactly what happened to me when I gave my life to the Lord. I had a divine influence on my heart! So will these people in the Americas. Here is another help in this. Our works can't do anything to get us saved so God has set it up for us.

Eph 2:8-9 says we are saved by grace through faith not of works;
Rom 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. KJV

God not only provides the grace but He provides the faith for us to receive the grace to get saved. We cannot take credit for any of it and He has provided a way for all, we just have to take what was given us. Be blessed more

Notice what Paul says in Romans 1:17-20: For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The one who is righteous by faith shall live.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has showed it unto them. For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and nature; so that they are without excuse:

So peoples where ever they live have a witness that God is from the creation that they all experience. The stars in the heavens, the rains to cause the plants to grow, etc.

Notice the last gospel - good news message that God cause to be preached to the whole world.

Rev:14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

This is given as the last warning to the nations before the great tribulation that will come upon the whole world. God has no desire that the wicked die, but that they might come to Him and believe that He is so that they might be delivered - saved.
