I pretty much agree with Jennifer and voted up her answer. I would add that when I was baptised, there were 3 other people present, a minister a witness and a friend. We went to the creek, had water baptism and then showered and met up again in the lounge room of the ministers house, were we took the most sacred communion reading from the bible and we also had foot washing. In the 40 yrs of catholic church attendance I never experienced such closeness to the Lord Jesus Christ as I did on that day in my non denominational ministers house.
