Is it a sin to have relationship (love) with a girl, as a teenager? (No sexual activity involved)

To my knowledge, there is no law that specifies a minimum age to be in love with someone. The Bible does mention God's position against sexual immorality i.e. sex before marriage, sex with someone other than your spouse (Leviticus 20, Deuteronomy 22). With regards to whether its appropriate to begin a relationship, you would do well to honor your parents and her parents as well to get their blessings. At such a young age, you are still under your parent's covering. Beyond this, I'm not aware it is a sin.
