Is Jesus still the son of God or is he now merged with God as one God entity now that he is in heaven?

I have a medically diagnosed affliction called Generalized anxiety disorder. Ive had it for years. I'm on Ativan for it due to its calming effect. Every once in a while When I get really keyed up and Im jittery and my breathing is shallow I take a shot or two of whisky and it helps put me in a nice comfortable place. I do NOT get drunk. It just makes me feel normal and relaxed. Is anything I'm doing anti-biblical? I would suffer greatly without these things and I've prayed and prayed without deliverance so I assume that God allows me to do what I have to do to feel better. Opinions please?
