Ecclesiastes 3:1 "To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven."

God is the author of not only our faith but also of salvation. He chooses us, we don't chose Him, so God has selected the exact time for the elect to receive His Son as Lord and Savior. Some will do it as a child, others as a teen, or 20 something and so forth but He will do it.
