How do we know that God is good and Satan is evil?

How do we know God wasn't lying in the Bible? How do we know God is good and satan is evil and that God is more powerful than satan OUTSIDE of the Bible, because couldn't the Bible be lying about them? I love God, I just have this question.

Do you know Jesus? Have you accepted Him as Savior? See Romans 10:8-13. How do you know who the god is that you love? We cannot go outside the Bible, God's Word, to seek His Truth. The Bible is "God-breathed." Every word in it was inspired by Him. He chose the writers of the Bible. He looked over their shoulder as they wrote. Thousands of biblical writings are without any significant differences. His writers wrote what they were taught to write. Every word in the Bible is true. Everything about Jesus is factual. To answer our questions about God and satan, we surrender our lives to Jesus, Romans 10:8-13. We read John 14:6, John 3:16-17, John 3:3, John 5:24, and after acknowledging Jesus as Savior we rejoice with all Christians in Ephesians 2:8-9. Rather than question God, or wonder just who God is, or whether His Word is true, join with Him through Jesus, your Savior.

We notice that things in the world differ. There are degrees of, say, goodness or perfection. But we judge these degrees only by a comparison with a maximum. Humans can be both good and bad, so the maximum goodness cannot rest in us. Therefore there must be some other maximum to set the standard for perfection, and we call that maximum God.

God is not just good, He is Goodness itself.

God is not the greatest possible being. He is Being itself.

Philosophically speaking, God is defined as a maximally perfect being. God is the greatest possible being. It's odd to think about, but God has no potential. Meaning, He cannot be any greater than He already is.

So based upon that alone, we can deduce certain qualities and attributes that must belong to God. One of those is benevolence. God is perfectly good. He does not lie, He does not deceive, He has no need to.

You can trust that if God is real, He is a perfectly good and loving God.

The quick answer is the ability to lie is not in God's perfect nature, behavior is character exposed, and the proof in this case is His perfect message to us.

Every known science from archaeology of antiquity to modern particle physics points to a Creator from outside of time itself as we know it.
Scientists now tell us that the universe is a digital simulation within a much larger reality and consists of at least ten dimensions, four that are knowable.

The prophecies within God's Word have all been proven correct so far, this 100% rate was achieved by many unbelievers wanting to prove error within the Bible. Some would become believers and defenders because of their hard work to disprove the Bible, this list is long and impressive to say the least!

But to answer the question at hand how do we know that God is GOOD and the devil, the prince of the power of the air is BAD, very simple follower behavior!

If your car broke down at night on a lonely unknown road and you noticed five men quickly approaching you from out of the darkness.

Would you breath a sigh of relief and be very happy to learn that the five men were returning from a Bible study, rather than a night of drinking at some bar, simple real world proof if one chooses to see it!

In the Lord's freedom to explore His truth and nature.......warrior on.
