How will we judge the world and angels, when the Bible says only Jesus has been entrusted with judgment?

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. (Luke 6:37 NIV)

Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, (John 5:22 NIV)

Or do you not know that the Lord’s people will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life! (1 Corinthians 6:2, 3 NIV)

John 5:36 - 6:3

ESV - 36 But the testimony that I have is greater than that of John. For the works that the Father has given me to accomplish, the very works that I am doing, bear witness about me that the Father has sent me. 37 And the Father who sent me has himself borne witness about me. His voice you have never heard, his form you have never seen.

Asabe, It's an intriguing question. How about...

Jud 1:14 NIV - Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: "See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands OF HIS HOLY ONES
Jud 1:15 NIV - to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him."

AND...

Rev 20:4 NIV - I saw thrones on which were seated THOSE WHO HAD BEEN GIVEN AUTHORITY TO JUDGE. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Jesus told the 12 disciples that they would judge the 12 tribes of Israel.

Mat 19:28 KJV - And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

It may not be clear to us now but one day we'll know...

1Cr 13:12 NIV - For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know FULLY, even as I am fully known.

I'll keep praying for wisdom...

These are different judgements - one is "judgements" by us, another is "The Judgement" by Jesus.

"The Judgement" by Jesus is the the one that will happen at the end of age - the separation of the sheep from the goats, the righteous from the unrighteous, right and left, Heaven or Hell. c.f. Matthew 25.

The "judgements" by us are the daily things we do. Parents judge whether their children do good and reward them accordingly. They also judge whether their kids do bad and punish them.

We judge ourselves every night before we go to sleep if we did well during the day, and ask God's forgiveness for any wrong doing we have done.

We judge our brothers and sisters and correct them if they do sin.
