Do Christians have to obey the laws of the land?

Romans 13:1 - 7

ESV - 1 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment.

Although it is clearly said in Romans that Christians are to obey every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake, there There are exceptions, such as the only Son having to go to war. Remember, we are under Grace and not the letter of the Law.

On the open Forum, Mr. Camping, was questioned this several times, and he stated: "As we're living in this world, God allows laws of the land to be written down, just he like his words of the bible to be written down. Therefore we should be obey the laws of the land, both Believers and nonbelievers, just like the believers should obey the word of God."
