Most of what you said by using the scriptures you gave is very much accurate, however let me show you a more excellent way. To find or to receive salvation we must go to where the Church first began in history; Church history began in the book of Acts as recorded in chpt 2 & beyond. There you will see & read that some 3000 & 5000 souls were saved after Peter preached Jesus unto them that were present; when they were moved by the gospel message they said to Peter "what must we do",Peter said, "Repent, & be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ, & you shall receive the gift of the HolyGhost". We all must follow the example of the Apostle's teachings & doctrines. This is how the Church first began & it is continuing unto this day.
