The first thing you should do is pray. Ask God to lead you to her. He knows exactly what He is doing. Do not go to bars looking for her. She isn't there. 

Find someone that loves the Lord. 
Loves to pray with and without you.
You both should love to serve each other. 
You both should read and study together.

Neither you or her will ever be perfect.
The most perfect couple in history, Adam and Eve, created directly by the hand of God, still had problems.

You should both be able to forgive one another for the others faults.
You should both be willing to apologize when wronged by the other.
Never go to bed angry.

If you find a woman that loves the Lord, and believes that the bible is the inerrant, infallible, inspired word of God. 
If she believes that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sin free life so that He could die on the cross and shed His blood for the remission of all of our sins and rose again on the third day. Then she is a keeper.
