Became a Christian in the military. Continued to spend a lot of my life after that trying to become what I wasn't. I would tell people jokingly that I didn't know what I wanted to be when I grew up, but if I didn't find out soon I was going to run out of time. My body is now 80, but my heart is about half that.

Spent 26 years as a builder/contractor. We survived by God's grace.

Discovered the exchanged life from Col. 3:1-4 in 2005. Since then I've been trying to learn how to trust God that I'm dead, but He's alive in me. I took the name exchanged life from Hudson Taylor. Others call it by different names, but the end result is "it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives...."  Gal 2:20.

Have a condition called FTD which is degenerating the right side of my brain. After doing in the right side, it will then start on the left. A gift I never asked for, but a gift all the same.
