Chiropractic along with many other "alternative " practices is, in itself, a matter of choice, but it is important to consider the source.
Many of these things are drawn from metaphysical systems, and in their extremes are looking for spiritual results.
The exercises / massage systems may be good, but if the person doing this operates from a spiritual basis, you are touching things that Christians need to avoid.
As a follower of Christ, you will need to be careful as to who you allow to mess with you.
If you take on board any of these practices, be careful - but whether you do, or you don't, put your trust in Him who is faithful!
