Thankfully we are not under Law but grace. And thankfully Jesus died for everyone and not just the children of married kids. Why am I so thankful? Because I too was born out of adultery.

The New Testament doesn't say that one must be born within marriage to be saved, it only tells us that we must repent of our sins, believe in Christ and to be His disciple (John 3:16-17; John 3:36; Mark 16:15 etc).

Interestingly, Jesus, our Savior, was born out of wedlock - that gives me great comfort!! The Pharisees in their debate with Jesus through up this point at Jesus in John 8 when they said to Him, "We weren't born of adultery!" This was their accusation as they knew there was something strange about His birth.

Indeed there was, and I am so glad that He identified with our sinful nature, yet without sin, and took all our punishments and nailed them to the Cross. My O my, what a wonderful, loving gracious, merciful and forgiving Savior we have.

Absolutely.  every single person is born with an equally inherited sinful nature and equally in need of forgiveness, and equally able to receive forgiveness.  The circumstances of ones birth play absolutely, 100% no role in a person's ability to be forgiven by Christ.

It is not the child's fault that he was born out of wedlock. Therefore, I don't believe God will condemn a man or woman for something that is totally out of his control. I have a loving God.

A child born out of wedlock can absolutely be saved. For God NOTHING is impossible. Hallelujah. In today's society premarital sex is the norm.

God's Word does not state that a person must be born to parents who are married to receive the free gift of salvation. Romans 10:9 declares that "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Mark 16:16 also states that faith/belief in God is a requirement for salvation. "Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved..."

I know of a girl who was conceived out of wedlock that our God of mercy and grace has saved. This girl was born 9 months BEFORE her parents were married. When she was about 10 or 11 years old the Holy Spirit spoke to her and she began singing when she was in bed that night. In song she was declaring her faith in Jesus asking for salvation. She was so moved that she was also weeping. 

That night our God of mercy gave the gift of eternal salvation to this young girl who was conceived AND born out of wedlock! 

Throughout the Bible God takes a sinful activity and turns it into blessing. The sin this girl's parents committed turned into a great blessing for them! Praise The Lord. <3

Now these were the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn was Ammon, by Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second was Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelitess (Nabal's widow); the third was Absalom the son of Maacah, the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth was Adonijah the son of Haggith; the fifth was Shephatiah, by Abital; the sixth was Ithream, by His wife Eglah. Six were born to him in Hebron, and there he reigned seven years and six months 1Chr 3:1-4a.... Six sons, six different women..

Let's do some arithmetic: 7yrs 6 mos = 90 mos. Ninety months divided by six babies = a baby every 15 months. 

And in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years. [ He had four sons by Bathsheba. The next five sons are named but the mother(s) isn't named, nine sons in all.] 1Chr 3:4b-8. All these were the sons of David, BESIDES the sons of the concubines; and Tamar was their sister (vs 9). We don't know the total because the concubines' sons are not named or numbered. So far we have 15 by wives +? by concubines. 

Not naming them doesn't change the significance of whose sons they are; they are sons of a king said to be "after [God's] heart who will do all [God's] will" (Acts 13:23). 

Can the sons of a man God raised up to be king of Israel, a man reputed by God to be willing to do all his will, be saved for eternity with the Lord? I don't know if they were saved but I don't see how they could be overlooked by God when He "predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ (Eph 1:5), because of the circumstances of their life inception. 

It doesn't get too much more dysfunctional than what this family is going through, and this is the work of a good guy. 

I don't believe God allows people to be born blind because of the sins of their parents, John 9:2.
