To the saved, WE ARE TO CAST OUT DEMONS! The person in the Bible who tried to cast out demons and didn't succeed, did not know Christ. Therefore he was attacked. Mark 16:17...they will cast out demons in my name. For the unsaved and not spirit filled this is dangerous, to the saved and spirit filled it is scriptural to cast out demons. We are not "talking to the devil or having a conversation" we are to command them to leave in JESUS NAME!
