Christians the world over need to be very careful when thinking about the new world order. If you read Revelations, it's clear that the AntiChrist will first rule for 3 and a half years, pretending in a very elaborate scheme to provide the new world order. Also pretending to be God and requiring worship as a god. Many people including uninformed Christians will be deceived by the "ultimate deception". 

After this period will be the time when Jesus returns to Earth and of course everybody would then know the real truth. Just be aware that the fake new world order will be a highly believable theatrical deception and that the mark of the beast will be required to do any business. The Bible states clearly that anybody accepting the mark of the beast will be rejected by Jesus. 

Quite honestly, being a normal logical person, I can easily see a new world order (with satan as it's controller) trying to take over the world soon. Just look at the violence and nonsense on any type of entertainment we currently have. People are being indoctrinated to accept a world of hatred and extreme sin. 

Revelations in the Bible is an extremely interesting book to read. I fully suggest taking the time to read it thoroughly.

Regarding a New World Order, the Bilderburg Group has been active since 1954 and whose main objective is creating a world economy based on capitalism at first but devolved into a communist bent. In other words a New World Order, one currency, one religion, and the Bilderburgs in charge.

They meet secretly once or twice a year and include people from all walks of life; politics, the sciences, history, princes, queens and kings, world leaders, and everything else you can think of.

The only true new world will come, as folks have discussed above, is when Jesus establishes His millennial kingdom on a new Earth with a new Jerusalem as His capital city, Revelation 21:1-27.

Nimrod tried to have one world government with the tower of Babel. God intervened and changed the languages of the people to divide them. The Catholic church has tried to rule the world with one world religion with the Pope as the head, and through the Jesuits, who killed many who would not agree with them. 

Hitler tried to become the head of the one world government and was also a great friend of the Pope.

One world government and religion is coming at the beginning of the 7 year tribulation period. The antichrist will set up his kingdom on the earth as a false Christ through lying wonders and deceive most on the earth. 

First Thessalonians 1:10 And to wait for His Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, who delivered us from the wrath to come. Most of us believe we will not be here, but caught up to meet the Lord in the clouds before the time of Jacobs trouble, the 7 year tribulation.
