The term guff is explained as a pool of the unborn. The guff had another name. It is referred to as the sea. We see in Revelation concerning the first beast that had seven kings within it. They were all referred as coming up from the sea to rule. With that said we see the new Heaven and earth no longer has a sea. The reason for this is because there will be no more births.
