Otherwise when you are praising God in the Spirit, how can someone else, who is now put in the position of an inquirer, say “Amen” to your thanksgiving, since they do not know what you are saying?

When we say Amen it give glory to God. Also when we say Amen to pastors who are preaching the word of God make sure that we understand.

God loves His word prayed back to Him. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that HE gave HIs only begotten Son. Jesus, that WHOSOEVER Believeth in Him, should not perish, but HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. Gods word. AMEN. John 3:18 AMEN John 10:28-29 AMEN Gods word. John 6:47 Gods word. AMEN. 

First John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that BEIEVE on the name of the Son of God, that ye may KNOW YE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. AMEN. 

Romans 3:26-28 For He is the just and the justifier of them that BELIEVE in Jesus. Where is boasting then? You can not boast in free.

There will be no boasting in heaven. Matthew 7:21-23
