Yes. When Christ returns, Israel will receive an "unction from the Holy One", and will "know all things" (1 John 2:20). He will be their God and they will be His people (Jer 24:7, Jer 31:33, Jer 32:38, Eze 11:20, Eze 34:24, Eze 37:23, Eze 37:27, Zec 8:8).

Heb 8:10
"For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:"

Rev 21:3
"And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God."

Rom 11:7-12
"What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:
10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?"

Rom 11:25-28
"For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes."

John 3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

God the Father’s Son is our Lord Jesus, whose going forth has been from old, who was sent forth to be the Shepherd to the flock of Israel. From the everlasting, He was and is the Potter having the clay of Israel in His hand. (Micah 5:2/Jer 18:6) Daniel was as clay in the Potter's Hand, who cried out to the Lord to incline His ear and open His eyes for their ongoing desolation, confessing his sin and the sin of the House of Israel. (Dan 9:18-20) Those who wait upon the Lord, to gain their strength, need to be still, for then He shall hear their cry and will answer them. Lord God the Father, tests His children; He provides the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, and in due time, He will then reveal His secrets to His children. To gain strength, the "strength is to sit still,” for your teachers who stand before you shall not be removed. As Daniel was then given visions, the Angel Gabriel stood before him, and the Lord instructed him, “Make this man understand.” (Dan 8:16) "For then, when thou sit still thy ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying 'This is the way, walk ye in it.'” (Isa 30:7,20-21)

Jeremiah, a heartbroken prophet with a heartbreaking message, reveals to us what the Lord showed him. The two baskets of figs, one containing good figs and the other bad. Jews, who were being scattered like these figs, the Lord will set a watch having His Eyes upon them. (Jeremiah 24) For the days shall come, where there shall be famine on the land, not of bread and thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the Words of the Shepherd our Lord Jesus. (Amos 8:11) The shepherds (pastors) who tend the Lord's flock and have scattered the flock and driven them away, He shall visit upon them the evil of their doings. For the Lord shall then gather the flock from all countries and bring them back to their fold. The ones with a humble and faithful heart to discern, He will then declare to them that, “I am the Lord God, and you are my people.” In time, they shall return unto Him with their whole heart. (Jeremiah 23:1-3) One having a heart to discern in the right spirit, the teachers who are the angels of God the Father will guard you in all the ways and they shall not be removed. For thine ears shall hear, “This is the way, walk ye in it.” (Psalm 91:11/Isa 30:20-21)

The seed today of God’s creation of this world from east to west, north to south, the sons and the daughters from the ends of the earth shall be gathered back. Those who discern the judgment that will come, particularly to the scattered nations, shall be lightened, and the Jews shall be brought back. The seed shall be gathered from the east and west, and from the north and south, along with the daughters from the ends of the earth. (Isa 42:1,6/43:5-7) The Samaritans, who were the Gentiles, our Lord Jesus needed to go through Samaria. When He encountered the Samaritan woman at the well, He revealed unto her, “Whosoever worshiping the Father must worship Him in spirit and truth,” for God is a Spirit. He also said, “I who speak to you am He the Christ, the Savior of the World.” This revelation led her to reveal unto her people who then knew this is indeed the “Christ, the Savior of the world.” (John 4:23,42) The Gentiles and the Jews in the scattered nations, there shall be a root of Jesse which shall stand for an ensign of the people, as Isaiah reveals unto us who are the remnant of His people, who then shall be gathered back worshiping the Father in spirit and truth.

Isaiah 11:11: And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from E’-lam, and from Shi’-nar, and from Ha’math, and from the islands of the sea.
