Proverbs 28:19 in the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible says, "Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies will have their fill of poverty".

I interpret the verse as speaking of people who want something, but who are unwilling to put forth the effort on their part that is required to obtain it, thinking instead that it will just be handed to them, as (in the case of the specific verse) land being expected to provide food without properly farming it. It is such an attitude that Solomon is characterizing as a fantasy. Proverbs 24:30-34 expresses a similar sentiment.
