Acts 4:27 and 30 both mention "your holy child [servant] Jesus". He was/is also without sin, per Heb. 4:15.

I love these words by the hymnwriter, Roswell F. Cottrell in his hymn, The Wonders of Redeeming Love:

"He gives Himself, His life, His all,
A sinless sacrifice,
For man He drains the cup of gall,
For man the Victim dies."

I love them because this is how my sins are forgiven. It had to be a perfect (sinless) sacrifice as God required in His wrath against all sin. And His wrath was satisfied in our Substitute's dying to pay sin's price, death. It was in our place! It was because He loved us so much!

Because He was without sin and because of His loving plan, one day this will be true of every believer:

"His love will not be satisfied,
Till He in glory sees
The faithful ones for whom He died
From sin forever free."-- Roswell F. Cottrel

Hebrews 4:15 says, 
For we do not have a high priest incapable of sympathizing with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin.

Yes, the Bible refers to Jesus as holy, and describes him as sinless, pure, and righteous: 

He was called the Holy One of God: In the Gospels, Jesus is called the Holy One of God by a demon in Mark 1:24 and Luke 4:34. 

He is described as holy: Jesus is described as sinless, pure, and righteous in Matthew 26:59-61. According to Matthew 26:59-61, Jesus is depicted as "holy" because the passage describes how the chief priests and the council were unable to find any true testimony against him, highlighting his sinless and pure nature, effectively portraying him as righteous and without fault. 

Revelation 3:7
Jesus said to His follower John, "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things said he that is holy, he that is true, he that has the key of David, he that opens, and no man shuts; and shuts, and no man opens."

The Holy and Righteous One: Jesus is referred to as the "Holy and Righteous One" in Acts 3:14. 

In Acts 3:14, Peter speaks in Solomons Portico, saying, "But you denied the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you."
