What is a kinsman redeemer?
Ruth 3:9
ESV - 9 He said, "Who are you?" And she answered, "I am Ruth, your servant. Spread your wings over your servant, for you are a redeemer.

When we believe and take Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we become an adopted child of God the Father. Jesus is our Brother. We accept Him as our redeemer. In the story of Ruth, she did not know that Boaz was her family by marriage. And so it is with every believer. When we accept Jesus, we become "married" to Him, He is our 'kinsman redeemer.'
