Does Jeremiah 31:31-34 mean that since the birth of Christ (the New Covenant), true believers are the House of Israel?
Jeremiah 31:31-34 (31) "Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— (32) not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the LORD. (33) But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. (34) No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, "Know the LORD," for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."

As noted in that passage, the new covenant spoken of is specific to the house of Israel and the house of Judah--- not Gentiles, not the Body of Christ. In fact, since the church didn't exist and wasn't revealed until after Jesus' resurrection, it cannot apply to us.

Absolutely! And Yoshua is the entrance into the House of Israel. I believe the state Christianity finds itself in today is rooted in not accepting all the promises contained in the New Covenant. Jeremiah 31:31-34, 32:39-41, Ezekiel 11:19-20, 36:26-27, Isaiah 59:20-21. All who are born again become heirs of our LORD’S kingdom (Israel of GOD). Rev 2:26-28, 3:21. 1 Peter 1:23: For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring WORD of GOD. What makes us heirs of the house of Israel is our belief in the WORD of GOD (Yoshua). All who are of Israel will like Jacob accept the WORD of GOD over their fear of man. John 8:31-38: To the Jews who had believed him, Yoshua said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” 33 They answered him, “We are Abraham’s descendants and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?” 34 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 37 I know that you are Abraham’s descendants. Yet you are looking for a way to kill me, because you have no room for my WORD. 38 I am telling you what I have seen in the Father’s presence, and you are doing what you have heard from your father. The Truth that sets us free is the WORD, it was the WORD of the Father and Son that the Jews were rejecting. 2 Peter 1:3-4 3: His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. All who entered the Promised Land believed GOD’S covenant promise. All who enter GOD'S house will believe all His covenant promises.
