To me, the clearest example or indication in the Bible of human sexual characteristics and functions being not only for procreation but also for physical pleasure is the Song of Solomon (Solomon also being the primary author of the book of Proverbs from which the passage cited in the question was taken).

Although it is possible to apply a symbolic spiritual meaning to the Song of Solomon with regard to the relationship between Christ and the church, the entire text of the book speaks of the mutual sensual delight that each partner takes in the other, with no mention of procreation being the goal of their interaction.
