Can a person be saved and enter heaven if their sins haven't been forgiven?

Matthew 6:9 - 13

ESV - ⁹ Pray then like this: "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. ¹⁰ Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
