The most glaring and outstanding example of religious syncretism is to be found in what the Roman Catholic Church has done to key concepts in the Bible to give its version of paganised Christianity.

Here are some examples: 

1.	The adoption of pagan festivals in the church calendar. Christmas celebrates the Winter solstice. Easter, the demonness Ishtar (Easter never falls on the Passover). 

2.	The renaming of the days of the week after the names of demons.

3.	The renaming of the months of the year, again after the names of demons.

4.	The changing of the year from the Creator’s calendar based upon the moon and seasons to that of the Sun demon Ra. 

5.	The changing of the day of worship ordained from Creation when the Creator rested on the 7th Day. The day of the Sun was made the 7th Day. 

6.	The renaming of the Creator’s name, a name He named Himself in Hebrew as ALHYM (Genesis 1:1) adding an extra name YHVH, to give YHVH ALHYM (Genesis 2:4). This assumes we believe that all scripture is from our Creator, ALHYM and holy men spoke as the Holy Spirit led them (2 Peter 1: 20-21; 2 Timothy 3:16-17). The Catholic Church has renamed ALHYM as “God,” and YHVH as “The Lord.” God and The Lord are aliases of Marduk, chief of the Babylonian pantheon. The name of the chief of any pantheon in any culture is an alias of Satan. Proper names do not need to be translated as by definition the names are unique to the culture of origin. The Yehudi (Jews). 

7.	The changing of the word Ekklesia, to Church to justify the existence of the Roman Catholic Church and to fool people into believing that the Church has divine approval by quoting their translation of Matthew 16:18 which commonly has “Jesus” saying: “You are Peter and on this rock I will build the Church.” The Greek says no such a thing. It actually says something like this: “You are Petros (a little pebble, a sliver of a piece of rock) and on this the rock (the rock always refers to one of the Trinity YHVH ALHYM, or His Son, in the Old Covenant and in 1 Corinthians 10:4) I will (re) build the homes/households (Greek “oikodomeso”) of those I will call out of the assembly (Greek ‘Ekklesian’).” The noun Ekklesia means the glorified Body of Christ of which the disciples of Christ who have been baptised in Water for repentance of sins, and Baptised in the Holy Spirit for empowering and control of the Spirit, become members of His Body (the entry of the Spirit into the Temple (body) of each disciple is confirmed by the “Fire” representative of ALHYM’s glory (Greek ‘Doxa’). 
Thus the doctrine of 'the Church' is a heresy. The heresy is repeated 111 times (the number of times the word Ekklesia is found in the New Covenant).

8.	Christ renamed Simon bar Jonas (Son of Jonah) “Petros” not Peter (Matthew 16: 17-18 Greek interlinear). The original of the name Peter is from the ancient proto Indo-European name of Satan “Dyeus-Peter” which means “Shining Sky- Father” (Lucifer’s characteristics in Isa 14:12- 21; Ezek 28:11-19). This explains why the Catholics insist on calling the Pope, “Holy Father” or “Holy Papa” and its priests “Father” in direct contradiction of Christ’s command to call no man “Father” on earth because we have a Father in Heaven (Matthew 23:9). This usurps our Heaven Father’s role in our lives through His Son. We have natural “fathers” as fact recognized in Ephesians 3: 14-15. 

9.	The renaming of ALHYM’s Son from iEsou christou (Matthew 1:1) in the first verse of the New Covenant to Jesus Christ. “iEsou” means “He will save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21) and “christou” is Christ or the Messiah (John 1:41). The name Jesus is a deliberate manipulation of iEsou which in Greek may also be spelled iEsous, or iEsoun). The Latin “i” is written like a “J”. So “i.e.” which means “That is” or “In other words” is spelled “JE”, and the Latin “sus” means pig.
