What are my vows to the Lord?

The answer to that will be different for each person, but there are certain core principles mentioned in the Bible. First of these would be belief in the infallibility of God. Second would be a faith-based profession of faith that Jesus washed away our sins with the shedding of blood and conquering of death. Third, most likely, is that the Bible is the inspired word of God. 

After this, our vows would include following God's laws. This doesn't just include the ten commandments, but also the enhanced laws that Jesus gave us, such as how we deal with each other, how we deal with government, etc. It would also likely reflect our confession of sin and asking for forgiveness.
