In the beginning God created everything. But He wanted more than just everything. God wanted a being like Himself. A living person, complex like Himself. So man and woman were created.

They were to multiply. God wanted a lot of love and company.

Well, you know about what happened. Things got a little out of hand with the free will God gave.

But! God had a back up plan...Ephesians 1:3-11...

Blessed be God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Before the world was made. Those whoever believed God's words were destined to become brothers and sisters of Jesus!

Our Loving Father provided a way to keep His righteousness, and redeem us from the sins that we were likely going to commit. Why would He do that? Because we are all sinners.

But, the perfect blood of Jesus washes us clean, and God will accept all who trust that He loves them.

The mystery of God's purpose has been revealed to us. We have a glorious heritage. God has His family to love.

We are God's children, He is our Abba, father. Full of mercy, grace and abounding in steadfast love.

An Inheritance is given to a person after a family member dies, usually wealth from an estate, a father dies and leaves his estate to his children as beneficiaries.

God has established an inheritance for every believer because we have all become members of his family, adopted sons and daughters, the moment we put our faith in Jesus as our personal Saviour. It is Jesus who died and we reap the inheritance from God because of Jesus death.

What does this inheritance include:

1)	Acceptance as part of the family of God, all our sins are forgiven, we are justified by the price that Jesus paid, we are reconciled to God and become his adopted sons and daughters
2)	We have 24/7 access to the throne room of God for intimate fellowship with our Father in heaven
3)	W can talk to the Lord God Almighty about anything and everything in our lives. God always hears and answers our prayers in accordance with his good, pleasing and perfect will
4)	We receive the gift of eternal life
5)	We receive the gift of the Holy Spirit to live in us as our advocate, teacher and comforter who trains and equips us to fulfill God’s good, pleasing and perfect will for our lives
6)	We are united with Christ – part of us is seated at the right hand of God in heaven with Christ, part of Christ lives in us by his Holy Spirit
7)	We are made part of the body of Christ, the Christian church on earth
8)	We become part of a new spiritual family of believers in Jesus through the local church
9)	We are given Spiritual Gifts to use to bless other people, particularly other Christians
10)	We are given a mission and ministry to build the kingdom of God on earth
11)	We will receive our reward from Jesus for our faithfulness when he returns to the earth
12)	We will receive glorious new eternal bodies, like the bodies of angels, when Jesus resurrects our bodies and transforms them to be like his glorious body
13)	We will receive a specific land inheritance in the new earth
14)	We will receive new responsibilities from Jesus to care for the New Earth and rewards for our faithfulness
