In what sense is the word "condemn" being used in the question? Is it referring to adverse criticism of others, or is it speaking of judicial measures such as imprisonment or capital punishment? (I interpret Jesus in the cited passage to be speaking of the punishment or destruction of humanity by a holy God that would be a fitting action because of humanity's universal sin.)
