Regarding - Hebrews 10:23-25... We must remember God has called us to be faithful in good times and bad times. We are to be watching always for the blessed hope. Psalm 34:18 - We should not forget God was close throughout this pandemic. He wants the best for us always. 2 Corinthians 13:11,12 - As we cared for one another wearing masks, social distancing during this dangerous time, God was watching. He always is. We need to continue to be aware of the needs of others. We are all His children. No matter the circumstance, we are to shelter under His Wings. John 16:33 - As we have become acutely aware, we live in a world of peril and tribulation. We are not in control. We face war all around us every day. But! We can have inward peace when we rest in Him. Job1:21 - The Creator is in control. He has given us His breath! Who are we to question Him. Our part is to stay close to Him, pray, worship in thanksgiving, and walk in faith. Psalm 8:1, "O Lord, our Lord, how EXCELLANT is Your Name in all the earth. Church: the Bible says meet regularly. “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near” (Hebrews 10:23-25 ESV). The thing I miss most about worshipping in person is the music, playing my guitar and singing along with the congregation. I can access sermons online, but not the music. I'll never take that for granted again. To this day, I am still connected to people I played football with in high school. Teamwork makes the dream work. The church is a family or a team. If we don’t go to church during the pandemic, how is a church is instructed to discipline its members (Matthew 18)? How can you as a church member submit yourself to and honor its leaders? John Piper A sense of touch (handshakes, high fives, hugs, etc.) “Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. Greet one another with a holy kiss.” (2 Corinthians 13:11-12 ESV) Pending the ending of the pandemic, I'll never take these things for granted ever again. I'm a sensory person! 3. Shopping without fear of catching Covid, or of spreading it to others. "Shopping" for books is a favorite activity of mine, now, but I have to do it curbside. I'll be glad when Covid-19 consummates, to be able to browse the stacks again and won't ever, ever take this privilege for granted! “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33 NLT)

Some thoughts: 1. Assuming continued good health with no effort on our part 2. Assuming we will live a long number of years 3. Assuming that we have "plenty of time" to make a decision for Christ 4. Taking no note or thought of God's role in human affairs, and assuming that human actions alone determine events and outcomes (including our own material welfare) 5. Assuming that this life and world are the "be-all and end-all" of existence, with no consideration of eternity 6. Even if we are already Christians, assuming with no sense of urgency that we have ample time to share Christ with others, and to reflect God's love (as well as the love that we ourselves should have) for others in our words and actions toward them 7. Assuming that our legacy (such as the distribution of our resources) will work itself out according to our wishes with no action on our part

In my humble opinion FREEDOM is the number one item taken for granted for so long by many having never lifted a finger for it in this land. Not the squishy freedom of subjugation granted by earthly bureaucratic Mandarins. But the true INALIENABLE FREEDOM bequeathed by the MASTER. And successfully defended by the countless patriots from the time of Lexington Green until early 2020. Those patriots would not have been kept from their church by any leftist governmental soft hand types without a fight and much blood shed.
