How can you tell if a gift is from GOD or satan; since he can make things look like they are good from GOD?

That is very simple.
1. It will not contradict the teaching of scripture
2. It will glorify God
3. Jesus said, " My sheep hear my voice". If you are a Christian, you will know his voice.
Lots can be said, but we just make a simple thing very complex: Trust him, and trust your relationship with Him.
