Both the redeemed and the lost will be bodily resurrected to be judged, but the redeemed will spend eternity in Christ's presence, while the lost will experience everlasting punishment. Jesus Himself specifically indicated this not only in the verses cited in the question, but also in passages such as Matthew 25:31-46.

The first resurrection is the bodily resurrection of all believers (Old Testament Saints, New Testament Christians and Tribulation Saints) to receive our glorious new eternal bodies, like Jesus own body, like the bodies of angels; to stand before Jesus and receive our just reward for every thought, word and deed in our lives that flowed from faith in Jesus; to receive our eternal inheritance on the new earth that Jesus will create where we will live in the presence of God forever.

"I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years." (Revelation 20:4-6)

The second resurrection is the bodily resurrection of all human beings who rejected Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and would not surrender to Him as the Lord of their life. They will receive new eternal bodies like the bodies of fallen angels (demons); they will stand before the white throne judgment of God. The books will be opened and each person's life will be examined in detail. Every sinful thought, word and deed will be examined by God and He will declare his just punishment for every evil and wicked moment in each person's life. In God's system of perfect justice, the length of punishment is the same for every condemned person - eternal separation of God and punishment in hell. The severity of the punishment - the degree of torment - will be based on the severity of the crimes against God's perfect law, so that justice is perfectly executed.

"Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire." (Revelation 20:11-15)

Our escape from this eternal judgment is only a short prayer away, "SAVE ME, JESUS!"

According to the Bible, there are two resurrections. 
The resurrection of the righteous - the first resurrection – that will take place “on the last day.” Paul describes the event in great detail (1 Thess 4:16, 17; 1 Cor 15:51-54). 

When Jesus returns, He will first resurrect the righteous who are "sleeping" in the grave (Acts 7:60; John 5:28, 29; 6:40; 11:25). Together with those who are alive, the righteous resurrected will receive a new body, eternal life, and be taken to heaven to spend 1000 years (Millennium) with the Lord (Rev 20:4-6). Jesus here is fulfilling the promise He made in John 14:2, 3. Christ’s kingdom on the Earth is established only at the end of the Millennium

The wicked who are alive will be killed by the breath of His mouth (2 Thess 2:8), while the dead will remain dead in their graves. During the Millennium, the wicked will remain dead in the dust of the earth - Jeremiah 4:23-26 describes vividly the Earth's condition during the Millenium. 

At the end of 1000 years, the wicked will be resurrected - this is the second resurrection. The wicked will come out of their graves to be judged and to receive their reward, which is death (Rev 20:15; 21:8). 

I was unable to find any Scripture saying that the wicked will receive eternal life. On the contrary, the Bible is very clear that only the righteous are promised eternal life. There is no eternal life for the wicked (Rom 6:23). The unrighteous will be "cut off" (Ps 37:9, 34), they will perish (Ps 37:20; 68:2), they will be burned up, turned into ashes, (Mal 4:1, 3; Matt 13:30, 40; 2 Peter 3:10). They will be destroyed (Ps 145:20; 2 Thess 1:9; Heb 2:14) and consumed (Ps 104:35).

Yes, Jesus taught that. My short answer concurs with Grant's and Aurel's answers. The "second" restoration will be a horrendous display. All the unsaved ever will be restored toward the finish of Christ's millennial realm, decided at the Great White Throne judgment, and afterward cast alive into the pool of fire (Revelation 20:11-15). They will be given bodies that will keep going forever, however fit for encountering torment and languishing. A dreadful scene to be sure.
