Does a Christian rest until the rapture or is he in heaven at the time of his death?
1 Thessalonians 4:17
KJV - 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

When reading Matthew 16:28 and Matthew 17:1-3 I am encouraged to see in scripture that Jesus is showing us too what we will be like in our spiritual bodies awaiting for our glorified bodies at the second coming of Christ.
