Does this tree of life have anything to do with the one in the Garden of Eden (3:18)?

18 She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her,
And happy are all who retain her.--NKJV

I compare my cross reference in my margin, Genesis 2:9, which says, "And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil."
