In Matthew 25, Jesus states that if we don't visit those who are sick or in prison, we'll be punished. Is He talking about people who are actually in prison or sick, or is he talking about those who are spiritually sick and/or bound?

ESV - 1 Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish, and five were wise.
