What does it mean, "Hurt not the oil and the wine," in Revelation 6:6?

AMP - 6 And I heard what seemed to be a voice from the midst of the four living creatures, saying, A quart of wheat for a denarius [a whole day's wages], and three quarts of barley for a denarius; but do not harm the oil and the wine! [II Kings 6:25.]

This reference in Revelation is obviously speaking about a monetary system and further about super inflation. Not oil and wine indicates those that are insulated from devastating inflation. Those that get away from cash for precious metals. The intuitive people that protect their wealth. It means those insulated will not be bankrupted by coming inflation. Buy gold silver platinum, palladium, rhodium will be spared for a time as they can keep pace with the inflation.
