If a person wants to lay hands on the sick, to speak in tongues, or to prophesy, does s/he need to be saved and submitted to Jesus, or are these skills given to anyone and everyone whom God chooses?
I heard someone speaking / preaching who said that these different gifts can be given to anyone if God chooses, even if they are not saved or connected to the vine, which is Jesus Christ. Is this true?
