It is important to understand the cause of Barren women and “impotent man” in the light of Bible:

There are at least EIGHT women in the Bible who were initially childless (or what God's word calls barren). 

Who were the 8 barren woman?
❶ Sarah(Gen. 11:30; 16: 1); wife of Abraham 
❷ Rebecca (Gen. 25:21); wife of Isaac
❸ Rachel (Gen. 29:31); wife of Jacob
❹ Manoah’s wife (Jud. 13: 2) mother of Samson 
❺ Hannah(1 Sam 1: 5), mother of prophet Samuel 
❻ Michal (2 Sam. 6:23), Daughter of King Saul and wife of King David
❼ Shunammite.(2 Kin 4:14) whom Elisha healed
❽ Elizabeth(Luke 1: 7). Mother of John the Baptist

Seven of these eight (except Michal) finally did have children after several years. In those days it was a shame for a wife not to bear children for her husband. Although many times it was the female in the marriage who was physically incapable of bearing kids, there were no doubt instances where it was the male who could not engender offspring.

✿ Who was the impotent man like stared in scripture?
An unnamed man listed as impotent man, and he was healed completely. He was about 40 years (Acts 4:9; 22) 

What is the reason for these curses?
And the LORD said unto Moses, Who hath made man's mouth? Or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? Have not I the LORD? (Ex. 4:11). 
We must understand all these barrenness and impotence can be healed completely if they confess their sins unto God who is Omnipotent. 

Medically or scientifically if we analyse the genes or DNA, woman have 2 of X-chromosomes and men have only one X-Chromosome. However men have Y-chromosome. We cannot alter the genetics 

Biblically, because men are carrying forward common genetic patterns of DNAs to the descendants, men were given double portions of land estates to the eldest son. Please recall why, foolish Esau lost his birthright and the blessings of his father (Genesis 27) and Jacob received his double blessings from his parents. Jews and Christians follow this as their traditions too, 

Medically it is impossible to change sex. But if your question is marrying a “transgendered woman” who behaves like a man, she may confess her sins and commit to God, God can change her curses. However 
if your question is marrying a “transgendered man”, he can be a man perfect potent man and you cannot marry him anyway. 

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 forbids marrying effeminate and Homosexual man. For Effeninate, Greek:malakos (G3120), a catamite; a young man who submits his body to unnatural lewdness (cp. Joel 3:3). Used elsewhere of what is soft to the touch (Mt. 11:8; Lk. 7:25). This refers to men who have feminine traits to an inappropriate degree; lacking in manly strength or aggressiveness; especially marked with weakness, softness, and love of ease; excessively affected in his emotions.

Within the whole of Christendom there are many shades or degrees of Christian thought on any given matter and thus shelter maybe found for any Utopian propensity. 
Now to the question as posed; it appears to be asking permission or the granting of orthodoxy in a quest for confusion or deception. 
(Matthew 15:8-9; Matthew 19:4-6; Matthew 19:8; 2 Corinthians 4:2)

In a Constitutional Representative Republic such as ours, there is freedom to choose an illusion or fantasy to live out as long as that fantasy is within the statutes of the land and does not in someway infringe upon the rights and liberties of your fellow citizens. 

The Biological Truth:
Any person has either two X-chromosomes [female] or has an X- and a Y-chromosome [male]. There is zero ambiguity on this biological fact; you WILL remain as created; regardless of any fashionable Mr. / Ms. potato head additions friend.

“Sex change” is biologically impossible. People who undergo sex-reassignment surgery do not change from men to women or vice versa. 
Rather, they become feminized men or masculinized women. 

Transgenderism is a political deception: 
Dr. Paul R. McHugh, the former psychiatrist-in-chief for Johns Hopkins Hospital, has written that transgenderism is a "mental disorder" that merits treatment, and that sex change is "biologically impossible," and the promotion of "sexual reassignment" surgery is collaborating and promoting a mental disorder. Consider just the very high suicide rates both pre and post surgery.

Bottom line: Why Would A CHRISTIAN Consider This?

Maybe because it’s become quite fashionable and the monies that flow from those various television appearances - a book deal or two, and maybe even a movie? 
In a free society; some may even chose to sellout their own MASTER or country for a few nickels and dimes. (Matthew 5:13; Matthew 12:35; Matthew 12:37) 

For solely ideological reasons todays Leftists have adopted this less than one percent of population "transgenderism" as a pet cause. The driving force is rebellion in wanting to destroy the natural family and legitimize every permutation and combination of sexual activity thus destroying biblically based norms. 
(Matthew 24:4; Mark 13:5; Matthew 25:33; Matthew 25:41)

Unlike a natural position of nature that flows from nature's God; all Leftist thought concepts must be forced upon it's victims for their capitulation through withering totalitarian coercion juggernauts. (2 Corinthians 11:14-15; 2 Timothy 3:7)

I understand that a true scientific view and it's words may in someway discombobulate the cosmopolitan and sophisticated among us. Rest assured my position is not adversarial, and I only desire to present the facts on this somewhat popular fallacy.

I have e seen several of you mention here that women are XX chromosomes and men are XY chromosomes, but no one has mentioned the fraction of a percent of the population that is born XXY males. In these males, they are typically very, very masculine or they have inherited very feminine features (not to be confused with effeminate). In the church I grew up in, there was an extended family (cousins within the same family) that were XXY. One was very, very masculine, and two were very feminine in features. The fourth was somewhat feminine in appearance but manly in behavior. The two that were feminine in appearance also had softer, more delicate personalities. 

The question of the spectrum of maleness or femininity is very broad. Ultimately, we have allowed a misguided interpretation to take hold, the thought that one is born in the wrong body. The fact is, these "transgender people" are not born in the wrong body. They simply more identify with the opposite sex. 

When someone tells you they are born homosexual, bisexual or transgendered, they are wrong. God said, “Let us make man in our image.” God does not make mistakes. We are given everything we are by our creator and made special in His eyes. He says he knew us while we were in the womb. You are curiously and wonderfully made. 

Why do we try to tamper with what God has made? Is it so that we can try to be like God (like the devil)? Or is it that we think God made a mistake with us? God made us free moral agents to choose right and wrong. People who choose to live in sin do so consciously.
