There are many good books out there that can help your study of the book of Daniel. The Bible Concordance are one of them that is written by scholars who study the Greek and Hebrew lexicons which you can find helpful too.
However the Holyspirit is your best teacher, you can always ask Him to guide you through The Book Of Daniel.
Daniel was a prophet, a prayer warrior. The Holyspirit is accurate and the intend of your heart to learn is clearly known by God as it is written in psalms 139.
Ask The Lord and you shall be given the answers, seek and you shall find your eyes opened to the Word and knock the doors of supernatural it shall be opened to you.
