I would say that God, being omniscient, and also being outside of space and time, knows everything about each of us (including the sound of our individual voices, the words that each of us speaks to Him, and even our thoughts) just as if we were the only person living (or who had ever lived), in the same way that Jesus died and rose again to make possible the redemption of each human being as if that person were the only individual who had ever lived. Not only that, but the Bible makes clear that every word that each of us ever speaks is recorded (Matthew 12:36).
