I have often wondered if Cyrus wasn't a descendant or related to Queen Esther in some way(grandmother or great aunt?) and did she perhaps have some influence on his relationship with the Israelites? I wondered if others might have had same thoughts and have been able by research or study to establish some linkages between these two.
