Mark 8:26, is more of Spiritual, rather than physical. However, the blind man received spiritual healing which manifested physically.
Jesus warned the man not to go back to the village, but, to go to his family home. The spiritual connotation here is that, the people of Bethsaida were into demonic spirituality then. In my own opinion, the man went to join himself with the perverse people of Bethsaida because of his disability. He was probably earning his living there through sins and maybe indulging in idolatry, hoping to get some spiritual help from their gods. Jesus as a Prophet, sensed that in his spirit and knew the repercussions of the man he just healed going back into idolatry environment. Hence, forbade him going back to the Village, rather, go back to his home.
