I would say that the Incarnation occurred in Nazareth (Luke 1:26) at the moment when Jesus was conceived in Mary's womb through the overshadowing of her by God, as described by the angel Gabriel in Luke 1:35, since this would have been when Jesus received a physical human body (although that body would have been in embryonic form, and would not yet have been fully developed or born). (The Bible is not specific as to the exact moment when that overshadowing occurred, but I would say that it could have been as soon as immediately after Mary gave her agreement to it (Luke 1:38).)
