I believe we give our devices to much time- my husband has a 72" that I loathe simply because it's like he's gravitationally attracted to it. For my cell phone with my card games keeps my attention- I no longer watch TV as much but I still have a distraction. So in my opinion; my husband and I (and any couple who may be TV and cell phone junkies as my mom calls it) should fast from cyberspace and TV.
