Is it sin for a wife to not submit to her husband if there has been a breach of vows, such as adultery, without reconciliation?
1 Peter 3:1
ESV - 1 Likewise, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives.

The bible clearly states in Mathew about a cheating spouse. So I believe respect is always there but if you can't find peace
