What do you think of Rick Warren's book "A Purpose Driven Life"?

Does it have a Biblical basis? 

I have heard that some in Compass International feel this book (The Purpose Driven Life) is not scriptural as it states that God is in everything and therefore this is a form pantheistic teaching. The bible does state that no matter where we go that God is there.
